There are two main considerations in selecting an appraiser — Qualifications and Reputation! Qualifications assure accurate estimate of value of property while reputation provides strong influence in courtroom and/or insurance claims.

An appraisal entails on-site examination of objects in order to determine country of origin, maker or manufacturer, date, size, distinctive or rare characteristics and markings, and current condition. A written report is submitted to the client.

Preparation of objects for viewing and access to background material can considerably reduce the appraiser's time. The report can be updated quickly and at reasonable rates once it is in Bardo Consulting Group's system.
