A couple had a chrome sofa with ugly fabric of large green leaves. The BCG team identified it as a 1950s original made by a famous furniture designer with original fabric in good condition. It was donated to a major national museum, Tax credit: $4,000.

A trusts and estates officer was dismantling the apartment of a deceased. Two small prints in the maid's bathroom were recognized by the BCG team as original Marc Chagalls. The estate netted $75,000.

A metal desk set including the blotter, inkwell, and pencil tray encrusted with green film showing signs of the Zodiac. The BCG team identified it as an original Tiffany bronze set. The estate netted $5,000.

A lady was cleaning out her closets. One closet was filled with clothing from the 1970s. The BCG team were aware that museum curators now collect fashions from that era. BCG arranged for a donation. The owner got a tax credit of $5,500.

An old table cover under a pile of old newspapers in an elderly man's home was identified by the BCG team as a 1905 Viennese textile. The result: Donation to a major national museum. Tax Credit: $5,500.

An attorney went to work for a new firm. He took his artwork, antique desk, and library for a $32,000. credit to the partnership. The BCG team suggested this to the attorney.

The marble top on an antique table was cracked in half in shipment. The BCG team was able to recover the monetary loss to the table's owner and also recommend a place which repaired the marble top.
